Born 10-09-1944 in Douglas, Wyoming, attended school K-12 in Douglas, graduating in 1962. Attended the University of Nebraska and College of Dentistry graduating in 1969. Practicing in Grand Island since 1970, love what I do working with people and a great staff at my office.
Community involvement with Dentistry
Mission of Mercy, free dental care. Chair of three events in Grand Island 2006, 2011 and 2017. President (2009 and 2010) and one of four Founding Directors of the America’s Dentists’ Care Foundation which serves all of the state Missions of Mercy in the United states (32 states). Inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Academy of Dentistry, Inducted into the International college of Dentist, Nebraska Dental Hall of Fame member,
Community involvement in Grand Island,
United Way, chaired this campaign with my wife in 2008, past Man of the Year in Grand Island, President of the Riverside Golf Club Holding Association Board of Directors for four years, Rotary Paul Harris Fellow, Habitat for Humanity co-chair for 2017 campaign, Mr.. Habitat 2017, ‘Be The One’ award from the United Way 2016, Founder, one of four, Grand Island Partnership for the Arts, Appointed to the Nebraska Arts Council by Governor Ricketts, Stuhr Museum Foundation Board of Directors.
Working with the Stuhr Museum is a fascinating experience. The dedication of the board members is phenomenal. The Stuhr certainly helps put Grand Island in the map and does attract a lot of tourism to our fair city. We live in a great, very supportive and philanthropic community.
