GRAND ISLAND, STUHR MUSEUM - On Friday, June 20th, the Vaudeville on the Prairie Class, part of Stuhr Museum's Summer School, concluded with a performance featuring dozens of area youth. The show, taken from historically documented Vaudeville acts from decades in the past, featured singing, dancing, jokes, speeches and more.
The class performance, a highlight of Summer School, takes place every year. The class and performance was taught by Ellen Bartlett and music was provided by Stuhr Museum employee Steve Stump.
