We're Cooking Chili!

GRAND ISLAND, STUHR MUSEUM - Stuhr Museum will be slingin' chili this weekend at the annual Chili Cook-Off, sponsored by the Central Plains Chapter of the American Red Cross. The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 6th, and if you want some of our "Squash The Competition" chili, we suggest you come early. It's gonna be a hot one!

The Chili Cook-Off helps the Red Cross meet disaster needs in the area, and has been adding spice to the lives of cooks and diners for many years. Stuhr's chili has a secret ingredient or two (it's squash!) and we're glad to be doing this for a second year in a row.
